By submitting an order via Lateeshopltd, you accept the conditions outlined below. We’ve established these guidelines to ensure you understand our return and refund processes clearly. These terms are applicable within the (United States) country.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window. This allows you to initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order arrives. To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original state—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its initial packaging. You’ll also need to provide the purchase receipt or evidence of your order.
B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL
No stress—our shipments don’t come with a return label included. Simply email [email protected], and we’ll assist you in arranging your return or exchange.
C. RETURN PROCESS
To begin a return, reach out to us at [email protected]. Please provide the following details in your return request:
- Order number and your full name
- Evidence of purchase (e.g., a screenshot of order details)
- Explanation for the return
- For a seamless experience, kindly include a photo or video of the faulty or damaged item as evidence for a refund or replacement.
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return (typically within 24 hours of arrival), you’ll get an email confirming the return is processed. If a refund applies, it will be issued within 14 days. Note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
We only facilitate exchanges for items that arrive defective, shipped incorrectly, or in the wrong size based on your order. If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at [email protected].
E. EXCHANGES
We only swap out damaged items, incorrect products, wrong sizes, or faulty goods. If you need to exchange something, feel free to contact us at [email protected].com
– Customers won’t be charged return shipping fees for defective items.
F. REFUNDS
We’ll inform you once we’ve received and evaluated your return, letting you know whether the refund is approved. If confirmed, it will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method automatically.
Please keep in mind that it might take extra time for your bank or card provider to finalize and display the refund.
G. CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to secure a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible, depending on the production department’s progress.
Before ordering, ensure your address is correct, including street and house number, to guarantee timely delivery. If an incorrect address leads to a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any resulting costs. We appreciate your understanding.
